    Professional Profile Information

    For professional accounts, Booklito may store business-related information provided by the user such as business name, phone number, address, working hours, availability settings, profile visibility preferences, and optional profile photos if uploaded.

    Device Information

    • Device type
    • Operating system
    • Basic technical information required for the app to function properly
    • Notification token used for delivering booking reminders and service-related notifications

    Usage Information

    Basic usage data used to improve service performance, stability, and user experience.

    Contact Picker Usage

    Booklito may allow users to select a single contact from their device when creating an appointment. In this case, the app accesses only the contact that the user explicitly chooses, such as the contact’s name and phone number. Booklito does not read, collect, or store the user’s full contact list.

    Location Services

    Booklito may request access to the device’s location only when the user chooses features such as finding nearby professionals or making a professional profile visible in nearby results. Location is used only while the feature is actively used in the foreground. Booklito does not collect or track location in the background and does not use location for advertising purposes.

    Camera Permission

    The Booklito application may request access to the device camera in order to allow users to scan QR codes for sharing booking information or connecting with professionals. The camera is used only for this functionality and no photos or video are stored by Booklito.

    Notifications

    Booklito may send notifications to inform users about upcoming appointments, reminders, and important updates related to bookings. These notifications are service-related and not used for advertising purposes. Users can control notification permissions through their device settings at any time.

    The information collected is used to:
    Provide appointment booking and scheduling functionality
    Manage user accounts
    Synchronize appointment data across devices
    Improve the application and user experience
    Provide customer support
    Maintain the security and reliability of the service

    3. Data Storage and Security

    Booklito uses secure cloud infrastructure to store application data and protect user information. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

    4. Third‑Party Services

    Booklito may use trusted third‑party services to operate the platform. These services may include:
    • Google Firebase (authentication, cloud database, push notifications, and storage of optional profile images)
    • Cloud infrastructure providers necessary for application functionality
    These providers process data only to support the operation of the service and are not authorized to use the data for other purposes.

    5. Subscriptions and Payments

    Booklito offers optional paid subscriptions for professional accounts ("Booklito Pro"). All payments and subscription transactions are processed securely through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing. Booklito does not collect or store credit card or payment information. Payment information is handled directly by Apple Appstore and Google Play according to their privacy and security policies.

    6. Data Sharing

    Booklito does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Information may only be shared when necessary to operate the service or when required to comply with legal obligations.

    7. User Data and Account Deletion

    Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Instructions for deleting an account can be found at:

    Once deletion is confirmed, personal data associated with the account will be removed in accordance with applicable laws.

    8. Children's Privacy

    Booklito is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
