Account and Data Deletion

    If you would like to request deletion of your Booklito account and associated data, you can contact us by email.
    Please send your request to:
    support@booklito.com

    Include the following information in your request:

    • The email address used for your professional account
    • The professional name or business name associated with the account
    • A short message requesting account deletion

    Once your request is received, the Booklito team will verify the account and process the deletion request.

    Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.

    When an account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

    • Account information
    • Appointment and booking data
    • Associated user information stored within the application
    Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
