    Description of Service

    Booklito is an appointment scheduling platform that allows professionals to manage their availability and enables customers to book appointments.
    The service allows professionals to share their booking availability and allows customers to select and reserve appointment times.
    Professionals may choose to make their business profile visible to nearby users through location-based discovery features within the application.
    Customers may be able to use certain booking features without creating a registered account and remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when making appointments.
    Some discovery features may use device location when enabled by the user in order to display nearby professionals.

    Free Trial Period

    Booklito currently offers a 3-month free access period for professionals. During this period, all available features can be used without payment information.

    After the free period ends, some features of the platform may become limited unless a paid subscription is activated.

    User Responsibilities

    Users agree to:
    • Provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform
    • Use the service only for lawful purposes
    • Respect other users of the platform
    • Avoid misuse, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service

    Availability of Service

    Booklito aims to maintain reliable service availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Limitation of Liability

    Booklito provides the platform as a scheduling tool. Booklito is not responsible for:
    • Missed appointments
    • Business losses
    • Disputes between professionals and customers
    • Errors in booking information provided by users

    Changes to the Service

    Booklito may update, modify, or improve the platform from time to time in order to enhance functionality and user experience.
